Not an expert on such matters despite having read 3000 EGM threads over recent months.
Am I right in thinking only 67% of the possible votes that could have been cast were and of that 85% voted for change.
Although great to get them out that would only equate to 57% of the current shareholding which although enough is not a landslide.
The good guys need to strengthen their grip now they are in place.
