the amount he gets would be determined by the damage to the brand not whether he can do anything about it.

The Maywether's words carried more weight and were sued and they had to pay up. If there was a shred of evidence or even having reason to believe Pacquiao was on PEDs, they would be OK.

think it's a bit of one and half a dozen of the other to be honest D4. Mentioning Pac (or Floyd) gets your name still out there and people waiting to hear what you say. The more people following you, the more you can demand for appearances etc (I'm assuming here btw)
