You were supposed to be sending Villa down yesterday, looks like it ended them sending you up.
Genuine question here, missed all the football today and only just seen your result.
Has the England taken Kane's mind off of things at The Lane? He was on fire beforehand, now that's two poor performances, (going by your player ratings) in a row now.
At least Spurs weren't beaten by 10 men on their own patch
Oh....
don't think a 90th minute red card counts much

might be too big for boots.

more likely though is he is burning out. him and eriksen both actually.

we always blow up after a cup final. whether win or lose.
so predictable, but still poor.
Any striker needs some form of supply to score goals and Kane has been very isolated the last few games.
Its all very well saying Rose played well but he had a part in the goal we conceeded and some seem to forget his position is left back but his defending is still atrocious.
Ok he worked hard, ok he had a couple of half chances but at the end of the day I expect a left back to defend first and to often he does not.
On a positive note from Roses point of view at least he looked interested and committed

Poch was completely out thought today. Fair play to Tim he did his apprenticeship at Spurs and has moved up a level now

AGAIN
The midfield is so bad at the moment, creating absolutely nothing. HTF cannot Dembele get in is baffling.

How can you say that about Mason, I questioned him a week ago saying he had been poor and you disputed it????
We really do need a stronger midfield.
Mason
Bentaleb
Townsend (Lamela )
Chadli (Soldado - 62' )
Wot was Eriksen doing?
Was he second striker?
Dembele not even on the bench, so must be injured.
Exactly what was Poch's strategy??
Anyone know?
You would think that not having the distraction of Europa League and having 7 days to prepare would be enough. I mean all we had to do was figure out how to stop their one threat in Benteke and also how to score against a very poor defence.
So after 7 days preparation Poch decides to use the same tactics he has in every other game this season (Obviously thinking that Villa would not be expecting it) and then produces a team that allowed Benteke to score and was so woeful in attack we only had 3 shots on target.
Individual mentions must go to Chiriches who is vying for the worst footballer I have ever seen. Bentelebe who seems to have forgotten which team he has to pass to. Townsend who I have now given up on as he can barely control the ball and produces nothing. I would also mention Mason, Eriksen and Chadli but I cannot remember anything they did.
Worms our best player two matches in a row.
Not being funny but how can Kane be burnt out? Hes only started playing full time for you guys in November according to you guys.
There looks like a lack of motivation among the team and maybe even an element of tiredness. When Man United beat Liverpool, that could have decided in the players' and manager's minds that that's the end of the top 4 hopes, and they've carried that mentality with them since, playing in a half-hearted, 'thinking about the end of the season' kind of a way.
Kane is not burnt out at all.
He just isn't getting any service from our midfield, which today showed up to be one of the weakest in the league.
We got enogh corners to score at least one, but why one earth was Townsend taking them?
Ron Vlaar has just let Harry Kane out of his back pocket.
