He got the biggest fight out there and has made enough money
He might want to go out on a high though
Khan as his last fight?

Maybe but he already made a fortune from the Mayweather fight. Having said that he was supposedly having money problems before that so we don't know how much of his last paycheck went to paying off debts etc.
A fight with Khan isn't inconceivable though. It would certainly generate interest.
Both fought out of the same stable
Both were trained by Roach
Both are popular/notorious
It is marketable
Lets have it in the UK

Yup it's definitely marketable as things stand and supposedly is the fight that we were going to get this summer if Floyd didn't fight Manny.
Would love to see Manny fight in the UK
Khan has a better chance against Mayweather than Manny,
I see the fight going the same way as Hatton v Manny. Khan will roll around the ring like a subuteo player, after getting caught in the first round.
What about Pacquiao vs Brook at Wembley next summer ?
Would be a chance for Pacquiao to get back a belt and a chance for Brook to really establish himself if he beats Manny.

Khan thinks he can beat Manny. In an interview I saw a few months back Khan claimed to consistently get the better of Manny in sparring.
Khan also claimed that Roach played it all down so as not to show up Manny.
Then again Khan claimed to get the better of Brook in sparring so he has form with these claims.
Khan also claimed he sparred with Andre Ward. Ward denied this
Ward probably asked Con to go get him his drink or something from the locker room and Khan stepped into the ring with him for all of 10 seconds to give him the drink. Khan now thinks that was a sparring session with Ward.
Mr C did Khan claim to get the better of Ward as well ?

Not sure about that That's a stretch too far even for Khan mate
Also Ward returned the fine Paul Smith had to pay for being overweight, as a goodwill gesture. Fair play to Andre.

The best fighter ever apparently according to the man himself, even better than Ali and Robinson.

Vik you've made a few comments on this article but not one of them has been about whether you think Pacquiao will return. What are your thoughts on whether or not we'll see Pacquiao in the ring again ?
Ok looking back your first comment touched on it but it didn't come across as particularly serious.

Two fights i'd envision as entertaining fights would be Pacquiao vs Thurman and Pacquiao vs Khan/Brook winner.
------------------------------------------------
Yup I'd love to see any of those match ups. Manny will be 37 though by the time he's realistically able to get in the ring again. That's not too old though in the modern era.
Also after that monster pay day from the Mayweather fight I can't see him fighting again purely for money.
It would be sad to think we won't see Manny fight again. I wonder if he thinks that he can become the dominant force in the welterweight division in the post-Floyd era.
Would it even mean that much to him though now after everything he's achieved ?
