Interestingly Blind keeps getting games at CB. Wonder if that's a position he'll play when the season starts.
Why is Blind and CB, and where is Smalling
Would be nice to see Mata play the #10 role but based on the last couple games I guess Memphis there is more likely.
Is Smalling injured?
I'm hoping Smalling is injured because he should be the first choice CB. I'm guessing the fact Blind is left footed is a major reason why he is playing.
Smalling isn't injured, I think Blind will be starting many games at CB next season.
Smalling came on in the second half of the last game when Blind also started at CB. Maybe lvg fancies him there
I don't think Smalling is injured, he should be in that team over Jones.
I hope Blind doesn't start at CB against Spurs, hopefully Rojo would have fully returned by then... or a new CB
