Becchio and Somma are both good examples of how that system has worked out, you cant expect Leedsw to go into these markets (markets which most premiership, Primera Liga and Serie A teams are well established in) and expect us to sign a tonne of players.

The sad truth of the matter is that youthg systems have changed so much now since the days of Wilkinson that developing young talent if your are not in the Premiership is harder then ever.

In recent years we have lost talent to Chelsea and Barcalona amongst others. A change to the acadamy was needed, but dont expect it to be producing the next first team superstar any time soon.
