At a guess I'd say because Eva was doing her job as she should be, whilst Dean wasn't.

The fact that the FA overturned the decisions Dean made on the day seems to show they believe he wasn't doing his job properly anyway, whilst I don't think anyone can realistically say Eva was doing much wrong.

Although you would expect the FA to defend their refs

You are talking about a manager who physically shoved Mourinho during a match, in full view of the cameras, and didn't get fined. At this point Wenger can do pretty much anything he likes and get away with it.

Mourinho sneezes during an interview and there is a 50/50 chance he will be brought up on a charge. The FA is a joke. They think consistency is a small town in Texas.

Alright Mons,

The media love to high light every issue with Jose.

Each and every weekend across the board, clubs , managers & players have issues , the media ignore 90% of it and choose to scape goat others.

Personally i think have threatened the media with legal action over its coverage of CFC , over the years we have been serially abused by they media , mostly the sporting press journos, i agree other clubs get stick , but CFC have continuously been given a poor press.

Hence today the view the media portray CFC in, 99% of the time the club is portrayed with a negative slant, but not enough to be viewed as biased.

Jose and the club are aware of this but clearly chose to handle it in the fashion they do.

Probably because Wenger criticised a poor refereeing performance and Mourinho questioned the integrity of the entire FA and all their officials in a 7 minute meltdown.

Wenger did not attack the Integrity of the Ref, he lamented his poor performance which even the FA acknowledged by overturning the ban on Gabriel. If anything Wenger was quite calm after what was a diabolical performance by the Ref.

No where in the FA rule book are you prohibited from giving your opinion on the performance of the ref on the pitch. What is frowned upon is when you insinuate or blatantly say the refs are cheats of which Jose did.

regarding the push, it was handbags, just as that fool zooma placed his hands around gabriels neck. The FA is not in the business of policing every incident in football.

You lot need to get over the push.

While I'm sure AW (on reflection) was hardly proud of his behaviour, unsure how his actions are relevent to JM's latest charge?

i dont know why you lot are all crying.

Jose is a decent manager, but as a person comes across as a complete fecking lunatic.

you live and die by the sword, so if you have Jose as your manager, you have to expect the controversy that comes with it.

What made his accusation all the more comical is that the ref missed 2 stonewall penalties for Southampton

Wenger can do what he wants and there is a campaign against Chelsea in case you have all forgotten

yeah i agree, but a lot of the problems are Jose's own doing.

Yes players like Wenger will complain about a ref's performance ( and in my opinion they should be allowed to come under criticism if they arent doing their jobs right) but Mourinho always seems to take it just that one step further.

Noone really pays attention to the guy who moans all the time without being too vindictive on each occassion, but the guy who goes on a massive rant every month or so sticks out like a sore thumb.

like i say, we had it with players like Keane and Cantona, you want their skill and what they can bring to your club, so you have to be prepared to put up with them when they overstep the line.

FA is in love with Chelsea and in particular with Jose.
Other fans are just jealous and bitter, because of this

wasn't Jose running around Trafalgar Square with his pants round his ankles, shouting at the pidgeons that it was all the refs fault ?
if so the FA had to do something

posted on 15/10/15

You could hardly cite Wenger for that comment given Mike Dean's performance, there was no grey area here. He suffered enough with the refereeing so to punish him again would have been crazy.

Also Jose is a prat so he deserves everything he gets.

In relation to the push on Mourinho, the ref said he saw it and dealt with it. Wenger was lucky, but that was the reasoning.

Wenger said he was trying to see how an injured player was near the touchline and Mourinho got in his way. I am surmising the ref must have seen it like that as well though even if that is correct, managers are not allowed to step outside the technical area.
