Experienced at whit ? Drapping the baw ?
It's a shame for him personally but I don't think he's missed TBH

I have every faith in the lad Kelly being able to deputise.
I wouldn't be keen to have a 19-year-old kid who has never played a senior game as our main keeper.
The need for experienced back up is what led to the likes of simonsen playing for us.
I would much rather give a talented young player a chance than a rubbish experienced one
I would much rather have a decent experienced keeper. It's a very different position from others and experience is particularly important.
I think the experience thing gets blown out of proportion. If a player is good then play them.
Looking at some of the best keepers in the world right now their clubs played them because they were good knowing its easier to gain experience than it is to gain talent.
Nueur
De gea
Buffon
Casilas
Even to a lesser extent Joe Hart all started for top teams at a young age. Their coaches didn't think experience was relevant.
It might be different when you're talking about exceptional keepers.
I would say it's a more general trend across Europe, indeed everywhere except Scotland.
Looking at Germany almost all their top league keepers are breaking through in their early 20's. Same is starting to happen in Italy and Spain.
If a keeper is better they play them regardless of experience. I do agree though that experience is more of a factor with goal keepers than other positions but it shouldn't be above talent and ability
Bells awful. Shouldn't even be at the club after the playoffs. Would much prefer Kelly, or Mcrorie on the bench than calamity.

Cammie Belend should be out the door !
Not sure about the others but McGregor didn't become our first choice till he'd been out on loan a couple of times and he was 24.
AC Milan just gave a debut to a 16 year old goalkeeper.
