Isco is a glamour obsession rather than a pragmatic target. For starters, he's no more effective than Mane is despite being a tidier technician and may need adjustment time to the PL. And Isco is valued higher and would be less likely to come to Arsenal as he's a fan favourite in Madrid and he's Spanish in a team that has fewer Spaniards than they'd like.
I'm not saying there's anything wrong in targetting players like Reus and Griezmann, but Mane would be a great addition that would improve us. I would rather get Messi or Ronaldo or Neymar, but any player that can improve us is welcome.
On the balance of quality, availability and valuation, Mane is a good option.

I do not understand your obsession with Mane. The reason I mentioned those players are because the add to the team rather take way from it.
Isco is not getting game time at Madrid like he should, and if this continues he can be let go. Not only that he could be play the"tidier technician" role at RW and also be good back up to Santi and Ozil.
Reus, Aubameyang and Griezmann would all improve on RW and play across the front line.
All these players add on top of what we have and complement our top players rather than having to adapt our system to suit them. They are also twice the player Mane is.
As for Mane firstly he is too clumsy on the ball to be ever played with Alexis on left, over valued and is certainly not available unless we are willing to make Southampton lottery winner.
