If trains aren't working you can always catch the 191 from Enfield Town to Edmonton Green then any of the following buses to Tottenham [279, 349, 149, 259].

I checked the trains after being told there were problems, and I think there are still some problems and engineering works on some trains, think it affects the Cheshunt area. I should be OK coming in from Enfield Lock area.
