Albrighton??
Now he's one I hadn't factored in.
MU1982 no! If I'd have wanted to name an 11 I'd have named the article "my 11". I wanted to garner opinion. Do you like flan?

Christ no.
Its always the same approaching a major tournament at International level, of course we want England to do well, but sometimes it isn't until we play a Spain or Italy, and struggle to even keep possession of the ball, that we realise England as an international football team, are simply making up the numbers.

Hart
Clyne
Smalling
Stones
Shaw
Henderson
Dier
Vardy
Alli
Sterling
Kane
Butland, Forster, Cahill, Walker, Baines, Jagielka, Milner, Lallana, Barkley, Rooney, Walcott, Sturridge.
That's the team I'd play and the 23 I'd take, though Roy will probably take some of his favourites including Delph, Carrick and Welbeck. I'd include Wilshere if I had any belief that he'll be fit.
Shaw??? Henderson !!!!
I'd have Vardy and Kane up front for starters and either Welbeck or Sturridge alongside depending how the rest of the season goes.
Rooney can carry the drinks...
Henderson
He`s never been international class and never will be, if he is starting games at the Euro`s England have no chance.
I've got news for you. He will be starting games at the Euros

I think some people get a little confused as regards international class.
England as a nation of footballers, do not possess the standard of players required to win either the euros, or the world cup, so International class, is neither here nor there, in regard to players who are both English, and of the class required to succeed at major tournaments.
Is Henderson good enough to play for England ?
Yeah probably, even though since his injury, he has been quite poor.
Is he going to effect England's performance level enough for them to be successful ?
Well no, of course he isn't, and neither is anyone else.
Alli needs to be playing behind Kane as #10, not in a double pivot
not in a double pivot
=========================
Yeah, fluck that double pivot $h1te right off.

in all probability Roy will pick all his favourites and a load of injury prone and out of form players. How the hell are England ever going to win a tournament like this when he has already guaranteed both Rooney and Wilshire places, absolute nonsense to keep taking players like that.
Henderson is rubbish, he should not even be in the squad, neither should Walcott or the Ox.
yes Kanes was great but what about Ramsey's goal when Rooney scored a similar goal he was called a genius.

Ramsey is Welsh, not English. Only English player's are relevant in an England team context.

That assessment is made ONLY because they won the cup. If England win the competition then Hodgson will be classed as a good/great coach.

Hopefully Wilshere gets fit and can bet selected. Might be a bit unfair on other players, but he always seems to play very well for England. Better than he does for Arsenal. Walcott and ox will do well to get picked. Neither really deserve it this season, and neither look particularly good for England when they do play.
Welbeck should go, been doing well since his return and like Wilshere seems to go up a level in an England shirt.
I'd put Forster ahead of hart at the moment. He's been very impressive recently, seems bit more comanding. And Got to take a few from Spurs and Leicester.
If we play to our strengths and not default to slow passing and build up we could do quite well in the euros. Got a potential squad full of hungry players desperate to impress
