Kash, How can Pak be a flop when they are truly awful already? Maybe getting beaten by the associate, but would that be a flop or a shock?

Thing with Pakistan is that they have a top class bowling attack and even with average spinners in India they should do well... Only takes us to get 150. We have a history of doing well in cup competitions... So despite having the worst side I can ever remember, never say never

Agree... So many Pakistanis who want the team to go Dharamsala just so we don't forfeit a cricket game really need to take a hard look at themselves....

Reckon the bcci will have to move it. Bcci / ICC will be fecked if this game isn't played... Apparently this game alone will bring in half of the revenue in the whole tournament - so it's a big deal for the businessmen

At some point, principles must come into play. Can't be bothered with enough security, then lose tons of money. The problem with Pak is that they don't want to lose money. This is how the big hitters (Aus, India, England) are shafting the other nations.

I want the Dutch to win today to hopefully KO Bangladesh.

ps - Does U2 have people on filter as not many are using this thread unlike the fantasy thread.

Bengs seems to raise their game against Pakistan only, other than Pak games they look very very average.

I saw a video on my FB, Journalist asked Shahid Afridi typical question (in a Negative tone) about how does he feel about playing in India, playing against India etc. Afridi was little p….ssed off and mentioned some interesting stuff. He said (In hindi) ‘in pak we watch Bollywood movies, watch their Indian tv serials/dramas, why we should always think negative about them? There are other teams in T20 WC, why we not thinking about playing them…stop asking nonsense negative questions about India.

Don't think it's an issue about playing India in India or anything of that so. It's purely on the fact of the location where this game is and some of the politics that have been going on lately. Mohali or Calcutta would be a sensible alternative.

To Indians its just another fixture albeit special and one they must win.

To Pakistan its the fekin hype machine. India this, India that and then pressure applied to the cricketers who then fek up.
