300 million spent between 14 players works out about 20 each, your hardly going to get a squad of world class players for that price nowadays.

its not like we spent 150 million on 3 players like city and added them to a squad including the likes of Hart, Kompany, Silva and Aguero either.

plus out of that 300 million, 30 was fellaini, 70 was Di Maria who was shipped back out, and 30 for shaw who has missed nearly the full season.

Not really, Wolfsburg are 8th in the Bundesliga and PSV aren't great even if they are holding Atletico.

There really are no excuses for going out of the weakest group in the competition.
