They made wholesales changes after group stage in 2003 WC but that was because most players were on verge of retirement. Having said that , our performance in world cups have been very ordinary to say the least after 99 WC

We did well in 2011, really should have won it that year, if we beat India in the semis a game we messed up in my opinion I would have fancied us in the final against Sri Lanka but yeah we have done crap overall in world cups after 1999.

In 2011 we had a couple of guys who would bend there arm to get wickets. Can't do that now
