The problem is he has pretty much filtered everyone on here who doesnt agree with his shiitty opinions, so when he is being a bellsniffer, no one can reply.

The people he's filtered wouldn't be able to see his posts, so they would have no cause to reply anyway. If he filters everyone, he'll just be talking to himself.
People who he hasn't filtered will still be able to reply.

While I commend you on your apology here as a fellow Leicester Fan and a Football Fan in general you crossed the line with blatant disregard to other peoples feelings etc.on their most emotionally charged day in the last 27 years.
I was disgusted and embarrassed by what you put and I hope this makes you look at yourself and realise you can't just make offensive/false statements like that without any recourse.
Then to create a fake profile " pretending" to be your own friend..... Jeez !!!!!!

I see. Then filtering needs to be changed so that, if one person filters another, neither should be able to see each other's posts.

I don't know anything about IP addresses, but doesnt every computer in the world have a unique one?
Therefore, if someone wants to have a second account on JA606, doesn't he or she need to create it on another computer to avoid detection?

Computers have IP addresses but only unique on your local network. They are just local to identify each device connected to your router which will have different digits. So your computer may be 192.168.01 and your phone may be 192.168.0.2. However you also have a network address which is unique to your network. Every device on your network will have the same address and will ping that address to the website you go on. This can be manipulated.
Proxy servers are the common ones but are easily detected and in many cases websites have then auto-detected, not allowing you on the site or banning your IP after some time.
There are other ways which I won't go into as there are many idiots on this site who would take advantage. Basically undetectable. However I imagine on here there are other flags which can be used like time of day the person comes on etc. You'll also have people who make mistakes by logging into their own account whilst still using the same IP they had under their fake account.
Personally I just can't forgive and forget the timing of arro's outburst.it was scandalous.yesterday listening to the radio in my car about the unlawful killing judgement brought a tear to my eye knowing that my friend Carl Hewitt and his brother nick who went to a football match together who's father had to go to Sheffield on the Sunday morning to identify his two boys body's.brenda Hewitt there mother died last year without getting to hear justice done that's way I was upset with arro and yes I'd punch him in the face for his unjust views. these boys from oadby in Leicester and the rest of the 96 can now rest in peace ..god bless

Admin has to run this site fairly and ensure his users have a pleasant experience here and not be upset by the content.
Some of u are hurt by Arro so have every right to see him punished, however if and when he comes bk, block him and rest assured his likely on a final warning.
