I like the look of Croatias squad - bar the CBs whom I have not heard of.

Midfield looks very good on paper; Modric, Rakitic, Kovacic, Brozovic, Perisic, Halilovic, Badelj and Rog.
If reputations are lived up to, and with Mandy and Kalinic up front, they could go far.

Croatian midfield is dreamy, especially when your used to the English options....

I think he was well aware the snub was on the cards. One less player to worry about with fatigue for next season.

Id be quite happy if Woy would fall out with Henderson and Sturridge TBF.

The Croatian manager has sensibly understood that Lovren is generally a liability

Is Caulker that bad a player in training that he can't get a game against WB ahead of Lucas at CB?

Caulker is a striker not cb

Hes been poor for them and threw a fit, not a surprise, atleast he cant get injured.

Actually yes. Watch him. Positioning, movement, anticipation

He's had far more poor games than good ones. Defensively we've not been very good overall!

I believe you're in the minority..... He's clearly been one of our most improved players, and our defence in general has improved immeasurably.
