I don't really see the wumming opportunity tbh. Man United have taken on a manager that twice that was not deemed good enough for Chelsea. Whether or not I or anyone else deems it the correct decision is irrelevant. Fact is United have taken a manager we sacked.

It's like our reserve keeper joining Arsenal.

I'm not really sure how these wums can actually wind anyone up tbh

You planned it so perfectly, well done.

There's nothing we can do Ronny. I preached that I hoped the board would look at the bigger picture if they sacked Jose. They didn't and now we'll pay the price by having the best manager in the world lining up against us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Very true, they'll finish a damn way in front of us next season. Guaranteed.

All I keep hearing is "we've got conte". He has no premier league experience and he did it with Juventus blah blah... Serie A is like the French league, Napoli can't match Juve and that was after Juve gave them a head start this season!

Conte will be gone by Decmeber, I hope not, but I honestly can't see him lasting.

If Jose couldn't handle the pressure of under performing at Chelsea, and unravelling mentally in the process, then it's going to be something of a circus if he doesn't hit the ground running at Old Trafford.
Wouldn't be surprised to see him gone from Manchester, in a shorter period of time than he managed after his second coming at Chelsea.

Conte is great manager he suits Chelsea perfectly tbh. He needs time and 100% support from the board. If he gets that he will probably come out on top among battle of Goliath among managers.

I'm over it tbh. I knew Mourinho was gonna join United the day we sacked him. It was inevitable to me
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. We fooking blew it, hence the reason I was so plssed off when we sacked him.

We didn't exactly set the world alight after he went

Totally fooking pointless getting rid of him

Ive wanted Wenger out for 4 years, would still annoy me if he went to a rival club though

Couldn't care less to be honest. He was absolutely toxic in his final weeks with us and I would've preferred it if we let him go sooner. The whole Eva (and Fearn) fiasco was an embarrassment to the club and pretty much confirmed to me that he wasn't suitable for a long term role.

In any case, I don't wish him ill at United but I'm not exactly hoping he succeeds either. I reckon he'll probably win a title or two over the course of his stay and then bog off to another club under a cloud of controversy after a few years (as usual).

Will be forever grateful for what he won for the club, but he's gone now and it really doesn;t matter where he ends up as far as I am concerned. I am intrested in Chelsea and what we do rather than others.

I will worry about Jose twice next season, unless we draw them in a cup game, other than that I'm not interested or worried about him or United.

Mourinho now, to use a crude analogy, is like a wife that used to be stunning, firm in all the right places, but is now beginning to show her age and things are starting to sag a bit.

After his antics as Chelsea boss the season just gone, I am glad to see the back of him...

I think Jose is that type of kaannt who engineered his move away from Chelsea when he sniffed Utd job or when he fell apart with 2-3 key players at Bridge. That kannnt can go to any low to achieve things he want. May sound very cynical thinking but won't surprise me slightest if that's the fact.
