See this Lee Wallace patter, it is absolutely rank.

It is symptomatic of this country throughout society that if you speak to the police you are seen as a grass. It hampers the judicial system and for years has led to organised crime flourishing and has allowed the cover up of numerous child abuse cases.

Yet it is somehow seen as banter?

Funny how Neil Lennon who has given numerous statements to the police and has even given evidence isn't seen as a grass by Celtic supporters who are quick enough to dish out the rank patter about Lee Wallace. Must be different rules?

Shocking assault on him

...irrespective tho of his olympic dive, UEFA hammeted Celtic for lack of organisation amd a plauer getting on the park to leave plauers open to a potential assault.

The SFA are wiping the hands of it and saying its a police matter. Absolute joke they take no responsibility.

It that happened during a league game at Ibrox u can be assured the club would be held responsible

I'm sorry POV. I think it is incredulous. I watched the same game and the same footage.

Whilst the initial footage did not show anything clearly very quickly the sky commentators were saying some Rangers players had been attacked. A quick search of Twitter provided numerous media reporting the same. As I said the Scotland correspondent from ITV said he saw it with his own eyes (his repossessed to being asked to provide proof). The club then said it had happened.

See at that point I think there is enough to believe it but the demand for proof from some was just bizarre and I found that incredulous.

Even now with a Hibs fan being convicted of assault on a Rangers player there are still some who appear reluctant to believe that assaults took place. I find that incredulous.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Couple of points then-I was watching BBC. And I don't have Twitter.

After the game, when footage started getting put online, it was clear that there were at least 2 players attacked.

I watched it live. I saw nothing. The players were off the field pretty sharpish.

There's not a lie in there, and I have been consistent since dafter the game that there is no excuse for players being attacked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You must have seen an isolated Rangers keeper being abused and assaulted by hibs skum?

Also, Rangrs players in the middle of Hampden being assaulted by nutters?

I know there were only afew thousand hibbees on the pitch, so easy to miss it all????

----------------------------------------------------------------------
It wasn't shown at the time on the TV.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It was, but you missed it.

At least now you know the truth, but straight away, Bbc, Sky and ITV flashed up footage revealing assaults on Rangers players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not on BBC it wasn't. Not at the time. And are you saying you watched every news programme after that?!?

I didn't.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For reasons never explained, bbc cut to the studio as soon as the pitch invasion started. They showed nothing on the program after that. Exactly as pov states.

Only neds and criminals use terms such as grass.

There were numerous means of seeing what happened, but hey, if the BBC cameras at the game panned away, nothing happened to Rangers players, and no hibs fans were on the pitch.

Pedantic pwicks sticking to this line of deflection, due to dislike of Rangers......

tbbab-I didn't watch any news programmes after the game. I very, very seldom watch any news programmes.

So, if I watched the BBC coverage, and they didn't show it. If I don't have Twitter-which I don't. If I didn't watch any news programmes after the match-which I didn't. And the only coverage I had seen gave fairly minimal pictures of the aftermath, and what they did show didn't have any players being assaulted, why is it hard to believe?!?

Again, at the first actual pictures of the keeper being attacked and also the player in the centre circle being attacked, I have been consistent in condemning what happened.

Until those were shown, the only other thing I had seen was a Hibs fan shaking hands with Kenny Miller!!

And then when I do type a word out incorrectly it doesn't know what the hell I was trying to type so offers no suggestions, doesn't autocorrect, and I'm left with a bunch of random letters that I'd have had to corrected myself anyway.

It's just a pest
