Sorry folk, the match was boring, I was in bed, I fell asleep. I heard the Schindler goal, near post header. He did have a poor game though, he may not be on the next game's team list.

Well, another three points, Town are going up! They're played some very tough opponents and beaten most of 'em. Apart from Villa and Rotherham, Town have yet to play the lower table teams, so results should come from those fixtures too.

Momentum is an amazing thing in this league and credit to your manager, your chairman might have unearthed a gem there. Would be excellent if you went up and the likes of Newcastle, Villa & Norwich miss out. I think teams like Brighton will do it this season too, it will be very interesting anyway.

Only once did Ipswich look like scoring and that was n the first half, other than that nothing. I can't remember Ward having to make a serious save all game and the fact the home fans were celebrating having a shot in the second shows just how poor Ipswich were.

Ok it wasn't a great game but it was a typical Town display this season and one we never looked like losing in fact nice we got he goal then we never looked like drawing either

Oggy stated Schindler was not having the best of games, I think I read that in the Examiner report too. Then again, I could have dreamt that, as I was snoozing through most of the match. 💤 👍

Your manager would be mad to go there though and don't think he would, yes they are a big club, but there's loads of teams around Birmingham and they seem a mess. This is his first manager job he's had and he's making a very good name for himself, he would go there, maybe fail because of too many big ego's and too much pressure from the fans on the team.

I agree both ways there with Harrogate and Waltz.

I don't think Villa are a great step up anyway and he'd never leave a team who are top of the league to go to a struggling club, especially when you look at the work he's done behind the scenes to achieve it. Eddie Howe could have gone and made millions for himself elsewhere, but stuck to his task and it paid off.
