No, seriously, I think City havent really been tested so far in the league this season, so going to a team with a great defensive record, and plenty of threat going forward, might just shut people up who for me, have been a little OTT in terms of how they have been talking up this City team.

I meant Sunday I still think City's defence looks average and Otamendi is not a good defender at all.

I'll be surprised if Spurs don't make a good fist of this game. You've got a much better defence than we've faced so far. Even with our much vaunted attack, I think we'll struggle against your back four.

Our own defence has looked very dodgy at times, even against poor teams. I think you'll score a goal or two. Maybe three or four.

city weren't poor, we were just very good. those intricate attacks city did would have carved open most sides in the league, if not in Europe.

we are just very very solid at the moment, and all our defenders played well, as did wanyama, who was my MOTM

I said our defence would be the downfall for us. We've got away with it so far, getting early goals and opening teams up that way. Your strong pressing just meant we ended up playing longballs to Aguero who is hardly the tallest on the pitch.

Your young guns wanted it more.
