If our lot start strongly and play as they can for 90+ minutes they will win this game comfortably. If they do their usual trick of farting about in the first half, concede early and spend the remainder of the time chasing the game whilst the opposition get 11 behind the ball, it will probably go Blackburn's way.

Rob Edwards should just say to them:

"Pick your own team, argue who is the best - then go and prove it. Anybody who fails will not be welcome to play against Derby. Got it? Good."

Football is a simple game. Managers should just facilitate the players, sifting them according to form per match.

Interesting to see if Edwards makes much change to the starting line up and the set up of the team. We have been poor first half in virtually every game this season and although Zenga can get credit for often improving things through substitutions, that can't excuse getting things wrong at the beginning on a regular basis.

Blackburn are poor and their supporters wouldn't be planning a protest if all was well. So this is a game for the taking and we badly need three points. I predict we will win and then lots of people will wrongly say Edwards should be given a run as manager

So, Walter has gone and I must say that people are quite divided over his removal, partly I'm sure as he was a likeable chappie.

Halfy is adamant that he was not the 'one' and we move forward, still divided over his replacement. No doubt we will discuss that here on the match thread into next week.

With the inner turmoil in the club at present, I think we can't ask for much more than a draw but I will keep my finger crossed for 3 points and see what happens.
