Ake would be great in this system conte is playing as bakcup to back 3 or LWB
Instead he sits on the Bournemouth bench.
I know that it was impossible to know that they would sign Wilshire on deadline day, but he was only on the bench before that as well.
I dont get the whole Ake thing,
Quality player whenever he put on our shirt,
However we said this about Chalobah, maybe there is am aster plan with him
Ake was given assurances by Howe prior to move that he would be play in preferred position midfield, so who can blame him for moving to Bournemouth (over other options) but you know the default is to blame the board (specifically Emenalo) for anything or everything.
May yet still play.

Chalobah never made an appearance for Chelsea first team before loan moves, so don't get this.

Not blaming anyone in particular, but if promising young players are not getting any game time we should be putting some kind of recall clause into the loan agreement.
Chalobah had his development stalled by loans to clubs how did not play him, to see the same thing happening again to another promising player is frustrating.

I'm sure there is a recall clause but there's got to be a willingness from player to want to be recalled.
From Ake's words recently looks like he wants to wait it out until at least January (or maybe can't even be recalled until window opens in January).
Chalobah' development evidently hasn't stalled as much as you think because he looks the part now and by far our best academy midfield player, as result of playing on loan (106 appearances as a loanee is quite ample) and training with good coaches/players.
Highly doubt it they will be recalled. Conte didn't fancy neither Kennedy or Ake that's why they were sent on loan and we ended up paying £24m for Alonso. Ake was unlucky with Wheelchair deciding to join Bournemouth in the last minute. Watford play in similar system to us if Kenedy can't break into their team why do you expect to break into ours ?
good system...four wins on the spin no goals conceded
little will be changing until we get an injury or the Jan window...even then I reckon we'll be doing sparse business
I meant recalled and loaned out to clubs where they will play. Even though Kenedy can do a job for us. We have no backup to Alonso.
