His cabinet picks are really hawkish.
The congress is republican - many of which are hawkish.

I think he's going for a domestic policy push, but if that doesn't pay off, then the hawks and their 'war economy' spin might take hold.

Trump went after Clinton's 'stamina', but I'm not sure if he has the stamina..

Very worrisome times IMHO

@Ttliv87 Russia pretty effectively outmaneuvered USA in Syria, so perhaps she would've had a change of heart.. She was way too stubborn though, and her history came back to bite her in the ***

My concern is he appears to be lacking basic geopolitical understanding, and as a result, has quite a childish view of the world. Thus I am not sure he will adequately process and understand the essence of the mentioned intelligence briefings. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

This is classified information so please don't tell anyone: I've heard that Donald Trump is planning to take a boat ride down the Thames. Make sure that you and your loved ones remain safe!

I'll chip in.

Trump's foreign policy is going to be heavily influenced by whoever he chooses as Secretary of State. That being said, I am optimistic that the US and Kremlins can finally sit in one room as negotiators rather than enemies. We can hear from one another what we want to do on the global scale and hopefully listen to one another too.

I don't think he will be a loose cannon on the international stage as that is just not good business.

I can see Der Trump and Mr Putin having a bromance...

Iran are friendly with Russia so it will be interesting to see how he deals with that issue. Putin will want him to improve relations with them.
I'm hoping he will give Assad support in Syria.

Yeah if relations with Russia can improve at least that's a plus.

His business successes must have relied on him picking the right people to run things. I hope that this continues during his presidency as despite taking some pleasure in his victory it is undeniable that he is something of a bully and acts like a spoilt child at
times.
Immediately press started to refer to his manufacturing promises and how little manufacturing makes up of the American economy while failing to see the reasons why. Good luck to America and the white house hairdresser and look forward to the 2020 fight between trump and Kanye west .
