There is not right or wrong, it's just that the perception of reality maybe different
I'm not having that. Internet forums are designed to go back and forth repeating the same opposing arguments till we have a winner around page 7.
We're all different, some people are slow learners
conte'nt, no i agree you certainly are more than capable of getting the win against us and no it wouldn't be a surprise but i do think we will be well up for this. I don't think we will lose so i think a draw at worse for us.
If Spurs play to their full potential then at home they should not lose to us. For me if o current form this game will be a draw, but the added spicec makes it very hard to predict.

conte'nt, how is he deluded? I think we can beat you and i actually think we will beat you. You might be on a terrific run but you are no Barcelona and i think if anyone can beat you at home then it's us. We totally dominated you at the bridge in the 1st half and if weren't for Pedro's smash and grab goal out of nothing, i think we might have got a draw at your place. Spurs 3-1 Wednesday with the lane rocking.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That total domination where you created how many chances?
RTM, we totally dominated you in that 1st half so don't even go there. Everyone including Chelsea fans were saying how well spurs played.
For how well you played you created next to nothing. We were never really threatened all that much.

That's the thing though, Tottenham were obviously well up for it, played very well and we weren't really at it in the first half. The extra ability and mentality in the squad still told through.
Tottenham are capable of winning, of course they are but have a scenario where you are off the pace and we're up for it and we'd put the game to bed.
No result would be a shock. PP have us at the same price to win 17/10, and the draw at the slightly longer 23/10.
Head says draw, but I think one of us will nick it 2-1
A sensible response, I agree to a degree but there is the potential if we freeze like we did with Liverpool or Arsenal before our run started, that you could stuff us again. But I think we are passed that even though there were signs of it when we played you at the bridge.
Not much between the teams, I believe chelsea at their best would beat spurs at their best but being away from home is a bit of an equaliser.
The keepers I wouod go for Courtois if I am honest. I like a big keeper.
I think our back three (or two and either DM) are better overall, and the fullbacks are superior.
Kante is a force of nature though. Dembele is an able competitor on his day, but Kante is consistent as.
Whatever front three you put out is very strong. Not much between the centre forwards, but we have none near to Hazard's level, and Pedro and Willian are both quality and experienced. Our lads are good, but a pretty young group still.
Chelsea are in great form though, and a match up between you now and us in Winter last year - when in very good form ourselves - would have been a great match up.
We have hit good form now though ourselves with 4 on the bounce, and us being at home too should even it out somehwhat
Good assumption ledley.
Won't do direct positions.
But I believe azpi and alder and the two best defenders in the league.
Rose is even with moses on this seasons form.
Cahill is about even with vertonghen.
And I believe although walker has improved he's still your weak link, but would still have him over alonso. Walkers had a good year, not that alonso has been a scrub.
Kante I would have over your two dms, but i'd probably have your two over matic.
I would have our front three over yours every day of the week though.
But as always with chelsea, it depends how we turn up, we try to do this contain against teams and get a bit lucky tbh, when I feel if we attacked a team we'd beat them anyways. City is a prime example, made them look really good, and was so lethargic...when we did actually attack them, we ripped them apart.
Let's hope technique triumphs over thuggery and a weak referee (Bridge 2016)
I think sometimes we fall in to a trap of believing it is choice that we sit back and contain, when often it is simply the other side forcing you to do so.
The first game at the Bridge is a case in point. You did not try and exploit Wimmer at LB at all in the first half, and we were well on top. Moses is (I imagine) told to stay up the pitch and it changed the dynamic. He got the goal from there and forced us to change shape to try and deal with it.
A little tweak and it can all change
Yeah spurs game you was just the better team, but some games you can see we just set up to defend and counter and get into a lethargic state and stop playing our own game.
No trap fell into
If both teams play to form this game should be a draw.
But because the spice between the two teams and sets of fans, there is an increased chance of a sending off which will influence the result.
I am going for a 2-2 draw...............not withstanding red cards for either side
I was hoping Liverpool won yesterday to put a bit of pressure on you.
As it is, a point is OK for you (records aside) so you can approach it differently. We absolutely need a win to have any chance of closing the gap, as unlikely as it may be.
A draw would kill us off.
I don't think a draw kills you off, but a loss probably does
