The criticism Giroud has received after rescuing us the other day is a complete joke. 2 assist and a goal and all the media have been writing about is Giroud celebrations.
If pool came back from 3-0 down like that the media would have gone into overdrive
I agree Castor. Ofcourse, in every squad there will be players who are scapegoated by fans and media alike, with the two entities often feeding each other. But Giroud and Ramsey are two very very good players, both with unique qualities.
I used to despise Gervinho playing for us, or Silvestre, because nothing good ever came out of players like that. You just knew they were a waste and not good enough for Arsenal, and sure enough they were dealt in such a way.
But Ramsey and Giroud, even though frustrating at times, have qualities which make me glad I support this club or pay to go to games. They're not bad players at all, and not the reason we don't win titles.
I'm not the biggest fan of Giroud as a regular starter, I just think his lack of pace costs us at times, but as a squad member, I don't think id swap him for anyone in his mould.

Please quit with the hyperbole; Ramsey is not" a very very good player ". He decent at best and shouldn't be anywhere near our first eleven when everyone is fit.

Yeah what kind of idiot uses hyperbole to make a point? Probably the stupidest person in the ENTIRE world.
Well he is playing like absolute garbage as usual

Trust u are watching the sheet called Ramsey!
I am watching the sheeet called Arsenal.
Remember when we did an accidental elbow and gave away a pen...
I don't see how Aaron Ramsey is a "very very good player" either - aside from the purple patch he had for us a while ago he can barely hit a barn door from 10 yards, he is not good in the air and has no pace - yes he has a decent pass but he has been pi$$-poor for us recently and is not worth a first team place.
People who say how well he plays for Wales are delusional, international football is a lower standard.
Ramsey has mentioned more than once said how he wants to leave us and go and play abroad in the future - if a decent offer came in for him in the summer I'd let him go sooner than he anticipated...
50m Rambo was touted after the Euros. You could not make it up yet the papers clearly did.
I should have said this before the game as Ramsey would have then scored in the first half as well !
Ramsey has played well consistently for a couple years now. Big concern imo, his stock has fallen, so he aint going anywhere.
