GGOS,I couldn't help but think back to last season when it went horribly wrong for you guys at Stamford Bridge. While they didn't lose their cool tonight as they did on that game, they were dominated, overwhelmed, call it what you will.13 games to go, and that performance from you, or lack of it, will knock you.

We live in interesting times.

I couldn't see anything which made you think that we would turn up today after our previous results Genius. Sunderland told me we weren't firing as we had a 0-0 draw. Sunderland as you know were thrashed at home today so what does 0-0 say for us?

I was never confident of a win today. I was surprised nobody was bought in the window because as I've said, we CANNOT rely on Kane.

It's going to be a hell of a finish to the season. I do think top four is there for us to lose, with the big caveat that today was a turning point and not just a one off. Us being back to one game a week is a massive factor. Our squad simply couldn't cope with the fixture congestion.

That win will probably start a good run for Liverpool, it's what we need, a GOOD win to set us off again.

Every time we play a top six team we get told it's our cup final It's become a pretty dull cliche to use as an excuse when we usually beat the better teams.

It was a big game for us because if we'd lost, it would have opened up a sizeable gap.

It's fair comment. You raise your game for the bigger sides; bagging a draw with Chelsea among defeats by Swansea, Wolves and Hull is a classic example.

not exactly raising our game just the better teams see more of the ball dont defend as much and go long all the time, means we can actually use the high press etc.

But it's not because we view it as a 'cup final'. The reason we do so well in these games is because we get so much more space, and we're so good at exploiting it. The 'lesser' teams simply pack their defence and if we don't get an early goal, we struggle to break them down.

Like I said, the cup final thing is just a ready made excuse for when we play teams off the park.

They say it's our cup final, we beat them, then in the next thread they say Klopp doesn't win cup finals.

Whoppers.

Cup final

Anyway, you have to get to finals in order to lose them. Spurs don't have the bottle to get that far.

If you want to know about choking games, look no further than whenever you play us

We have beaten Hull, Swansea, Middlesbrough, Stoke, Sunderland, Watford, Crystal Palace, West Brom, Leicester City, Everton, and now Spurs.
So we have more than proven we can beat utter gash, as well as decent teams like of Chelsea, City, and Arsenal. this season.

Better team on the day won. We knew what they'd try to do yet didn't know how to combat it

Lamela, Vertonghen and Rose injured today right? So 3 first team players out means we're resorting to bringing on Sissoko, Winks and Janssen to turn the game for us? What a joke our scouting network is
