I'll try to avoid jumping into the firing line here as, as it stands, I get no say in it anyway but I do wonder if the British government will allow the exact same franchise question as was offered at the last referendum?
There will have to be a negotiation and the Westminster hand will be strengthened by the fact that there is no SNP overall majority and the fact that the question was already asked 2.5 years ago. Playing devils advocate might a concession have to be that the question this time will be
"Should Scotland remain within the United Kingdom?"
This does feel like the final gambit by the SNP for independence.
