I do like Dier. He is a very decent player, passionate and committed.
He just needs to remove those little lapses he has to prove himself as a really good cb. Too often he misjudges a ball in flight, lets it bounce and is then under pressure. His laid back cool approach is fine but at times he needs to attack the ball a bit more, be more decisive.
