Don't worry Rams fans. More heads will roll
Fiduciary duty I think supa-rams not sure what that means - being a crook/c.ck?
Not many other heads to roll Wassa is there. Stephen Pearce?
Fiduciary duty in this context will relate to rush as a director of dcfc having an obligation to act in the best interests solely of the club, and to avoid or at least fully declare any conflicts of interest.
For this, I suspect it has something to do with his former employers and the rather hefty number of their clients at the club....

From what I can gather hes broken trust and gained profit. In simple terms.
Thanks mate new exactly what it meant
Gained profit backo I had a phone call the other day telling me this was going to happen. Trust me there's more going off
...and all the time we were blaming Chris Evans.
It's just like politics int'it, local councillor rejoins board of Construction company that was handed the tender for x developments over x years.
Yeah Wassa knew the other day it was serious. Just hope the club don't get sanctioned in any way.
It's a national sport here! Most corrupt politicians in Europe. Fortunately more whistle-blowers appearing these days.
How can it be that this has been kept under cover for so long? Who would have been Rush's line manager?
I hate to say I told you so but I did.
A long time ago as well.
Whats worrying me is that it involves Derby County transfer dealings.

Read earlier about second-generation coach. Hope dad's not implicated.
Makes you wonder if getting rid of Martin was a ploy for more games for Bent in order to activate the extra year on his contract.
Why are we so 5hit at cheating?
The 3 Amigo's, now Rush-gate w/e we cheat we shoot ourselves in the foot, Leicester cheat and win the title.
I guess there's cheating for personal gain and cheating for club gain.

And that's my biggest worry
I think a lot will depend on whether Mel or the FA found out first.
It would be ironic if Forest go down and then we have to swap places with them
Might give us a better shot at the playoffs next year though.
Nice one, Mad Mel and Al Hasawi shenanigans usually spark off a game of "anything you can do"! Don't need any distractions this week.

Heb, the fact that Rush bears an uncanny resemblance to Ming the Merciless should have been a clue.
