I agree, Ox has very high potential and he is not realising it due to Arsenal’s typical fitness problem and the management itself.

If we could have Ox play consistently and reach the level he can, he would be one heck of a player to have in a side.

For the sake of his career he needs to move on. A lot of young talent seems to stagnate under Wenger.

Walcott
Ramsey
Ox
Bellerin
Gibbs
Wilshire

To name a few.

20mil will be a good squad option for us

Needs to trust Wenger more instead of thinking he's a CM

Excellent squad player if he can stay fit. Yet to convince he is a starter though, in any role. Has to stay fit for a long period. Wing back seems a decent fit for him, if we stay in that system.

I want Liverpool to buy him.....there was an awful rumour we were interested

I think he'd be a very useful player under Klopp. I can see him in Lallana's role as well with a few tweaks and Gerrard is his hero. I'd quite like it as a transfer really.

With inflation and English tax, £30m considering he only has a year left, £40m+ if he had longer.

Wenger should only focus on selling deadwood players or releasing them in order to balance the books e.g. Jenkinson, Debuchy, Perez (not used so what is the point?), Wilshere (when will he ever fulfill his potential?), Mertesacker (good squad player but don't know how long he has got), J. Campbell, Szczesny, and older academy players not look like they will make it. This will give the club some money to reward the quality players especially Sanchez.

However, selling quality players will make the club weaker.

I am pretty sure if Arsenal want to keep him they can because he is probably happy in London. If they give him 110k or 120k and make him sign a bigger release clause, he will accept it. It all depends on what Arsenal offer him.

Apparently he has begin negotiations for a new contract. If agreement can't be reached I imagine it'll be due to him seeking a guaranteed starting spot. Would be extremely surprising if he moved just to be a squad player elsewhere.
