LOL
Everyone fell for the OP's sarcasm lol. He's mocking other fans that keep using this cliched reason why they think Lacazette isn't a good signing for Arsenal. Even talksport are at it. Let them carry on lol

Living in France I've seen him quite a few times on TV.
Not enough to make me an expert but enough for me to tout him on our board.
I don't think he is world class, but he is mobile, knows where the net is, generally gives it to somebody in a better position.
So I think you may all be more pleased than you expect.
Lacazette will be our Kante - the misding piece of the jigsaw that turns our underperformers into world class players.
Great signing, yes he's not in the first team for France but he offers something totally different to Giroud. I'd have been delighted had he signed for us.

If international football had any major bearing on club football then players like Benzema and Kane would be considered to be bang average. OP obviously wouldn't want either of them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just seems odd that given the goals he's been banging in that Deschamps hasn't yet given him that competitive debut yet. Maybe it is a style of play thing, but still, 100 odd goals, prime of his career. Seems a weird one on paper
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There isn't always a logical explanation for the decisions managers make. But France have a lot of talent, many good players will miss out.

Nah, Ian Wright misses out because he is 53 years old and doubled in size. And isn't French.

Lol! Definitely not French! Just using it as an example of a striker left out despite being in form.
