i second that, plus when negotiating a contract last season he didn't have the decency to reply to phone calls from grayson and bates and never even showed up to contract talks!

When it comes to contracts I dont believe a word Bates says or indeed I never believe Bates so I back Johnson on that.
As for the player he is slow,a poor passer and barely a championship player although some Leeds fans like him,he does however give a physical presence if he can keep up with play (he cant).

Don't know what all the fuss is about? Good luck to the lad, he saw out his contract with us, we don't know what goes on behind the scenes, like has been said many times before, it's a short career for footballers, he wants to make as much money as he can, if he can get more at Norwich good for him, i think he has faily good potential and will get a crack at premier league football, most players would snap at that oportunity too.

For me you are welcome to him, I disagree with a number of our fans, I don't think he's that good. He's only 24 so could get better, but I wouldn't count on it. Same with Kilkenny.

What you should realise is that your new star walked out on Leeds United for money.

He was offered new terms here but instead of building on what he'd already been involved in, and whilst protesting he wanted to stay, he decided to take the easy option and sign for a club that he had no part in getting promoted and IMO will walk from you as soon as the going gets tough!

With regard to Johnson (from an actual Norwich fan this time!), I can't say I'm overwhelmed. Fact is he won't be first choice anyway, so he'll have to fight for his place, which he evidently didn't at Leeds.

We shall see if this brings out the best in him (or not).
