We’re gonna give Ole a new three year contract apparently. Prepare for a few more years of crap football.

We really don’t learn do we? What’s the harm in waiting until Christmas to see where we’re at under him before having to cost the club millions of pounds to pay him in compensation when he eventually gets sacked

Excl: Secret tests of automated offside technology at one PL club to be extended to Liverpool, Man U, Man C and Chelsea stadiums next season - and set to be launched in Premier League in two years' time.

This looks good

Or we could just let him see out his contract. Oh well.

I’m just hoping Brighton get a good striker so they can sore up the league.

Ole is in that perfect mold of too good to get fired but too bad to do anything serious. It’s grate

Yeah, which shows how daft the club are.

Next season will be interesting, depending on what happens in the market and with Spurs’ next manager.

We could end up dropping out of the top four after giving him a three year deal.

Faaack off man, seriously what is the rush? He's here for another year and we're not going to be at risk of losing him to anybody else.

Molde will want him back and maybe turn his head.

They still wouldn’t win the league.

The only reason I can think they’re extending him is because they want some stability around the role.

Sends out a message to Ole, the players, the fans and prospective signings that they are fully behind this process.

They may actually be, and it’s not pr. Which is the more worrying thing. But I can see why they’d want clarification around the manager, even it there’s doubts over him actually seeing through that contract - I suspect it was similar with Mourinho.

If Ole does stick around we badly need some new coaches, especially someone that can teach our cuuunt defenders how to defend a set piece.

Get Graham Potter as assistant.

There been many teams with better assistant managers than managers? Bar City circa 2018

I actually think I know the answer to this. It’s Madrid when they had Carlo and Zidane was his assistant.

posted on 27/5/21

Thinking about it, they are so similar

posted on 27/5/21

Yeah they are. I’m really interested to see how Zidane does away from Madrid. I hope he stays in club management.

who next for madrid:
allegri, kunte or raul

maybe even Poch ?

Looks like Allegri’s going back to Juve.

The managerialism merry-go-round this summer is amazing. Germany’s is the best. More than half the league are changing managers.

I love most things about German football but the timing of announcements of managerial changes is something I find really bizarre because a lot of them tend to happen months before the season's finished and it can be quite damaging to a team's season.
