Great goal by Sancho. Slavia could hand them a lifeline if they can hang on against Inter.

Kiss of death

They actually have a fighting chance on the final day though

You’d fancy Inter now. Barca will send their reserves and it’s an away game in Europe.

Much better performance from Sancho in this competition. He was really good after coming off the bench 2nd half.

Switched over to the Liverpool game not long after he came on.

I can barely bring myself to watch them these days.

It was in the hope they’d lose.

He really is. It's bloody annoying.

Messi’s as close to a guarantee of a league title as anything in football. Which is remarkable when you think about it.

We need to win our next three games in order to better the points total we had when Mourinho was sacked.

That's pretty damning.

I don't think the board will pull the trigger though.

With a worse squad and worse manager it’s not that surprising we are doing worse. Though what annoys me is that the fundamental flaws in the team were largely because of Mourinho, yet nothing has been done to rectify them, only exasperate them.

The narrative that this is acceptable management blows my mind. I’ve never seen such a shift in attitudes in the space of months regarding management and squad quality.

To make things worse that caaaant Mourinho is blatantly going to rock up at Old Trafford and collect three points, as he leads Spurs up the table into a CL place by the end of the season. You just know it’s going to facking happen.

I'm growing really tired of all the excuses. It's quite pathetic the way some people are getting on but tbf the same goes for UWW and his ilk and the people who are abusing Ole.

Is there any other board on this site that deals in such extremes at both ends of the spectrum like ours does? It's either defend everything with every breath you have or go on and on and just say everything is $hit. There's not much in between.

We all want Ole to do well, more so than any other manager we've had post SAF, but it's alright to admit that he's not and that right now there's very little in the way of things to offer any sort of encouragement.

His signings aren't doing that well although I do actually think James despite his limitations has proven decent value for money so far but we should never have been in a position where we've had to rely on him as much as we have.

Wan-Bissaka seems to be getting worse whenever he touches the ball and Maguire hasn't really made the defence any more secure and yet we had a good window and people are actually using it as a reason when asked why it's worth keeping Ole and how this makes him the right person to lay foundations for the future I've no idea.

It's mental.

The only things I can really give him credit for at the moment is his use of some of the young players and getting rid of a few players that needed shifting.

There's not a lot to go on.

Agree with all that.

The transfer stuff is my favourite. We’ve just had the worst transfer window in living memory and that apparently qualifies him to be the manager for three years.

Arsenal are lucky we exist to take the limelight off what a shiiiiiitshow they are.

He has no say though, it's all down to Woodward.

I don't know why that guy doesn't just make himself manager.

I actually hate Woodward as much as I hate Gerrard.

It still amazes me he doesn't get any abuse inside the ground.

There were some boos yesterday but I reckon they're aimed more towards the players. It's only going to get worse though if things don't improve quite a bit.

He’ll have nowhere to hide when he sacks Ole.
