Good signing for you, don't think he's worth 45 mil but he's definitely the kind of signing you need to kick on in the league, which if it works will enable you to then attract better players.
An upgrade on Barkley too.

Woudlnt surprise me if he struggled a little this season as he adapts, and then next season he really kicks on. He's a massive talent, think patience is key though, might take him a little time to get himself settled.
