Fair enough, it always looked in the balance whether he'd develop into a good player or due to personality, end up like Lewis McGughan.

I think you should be thanking Huddersfield, when he left Forest he was pretty unremarkable, no one was really upset at seeing him go.

He has his moments in Billy's second stint. Scored a hat trick and went on a good scoring run and I quite rated him. But there were personal issues which seemed to keep him out of the team

Did he have a bad attitude then? I see you mention his 'personality' and for 'personal reasons' .........
He seems ok for us (for now, anyway)

He was promising when he came through and the 5-0 game against a youthful West Ham stands out. He then had a bit of a run in and out of the side but was largely used sparingly by successive manages before being packed off to Hudders.

Even in the WHU post match, Reidy made a comment about keeping feet on ground, working hard etc. I guess with these things it's most bits here and there, we never know for sure. There was a few at Forest and even an interview at Udders that hint he may have been a bit of a lad, joker and not always apply as he should have.

Not bad attitude as such, just the sort that sometimes mean they kind of show talent, but end up bouncing around in the lower divisions eventually after not exceeding form where their potential was muted.

Cracking sell-on clauses and bonuses made this s great deal for us to sell him. If he's playing well it's great business for both of us
