If Tarquin earns less than the socioeconomic group defined as middle class then he's working class.

This isn't 1965 in case you haven't noticed
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I can see by the way you’re constantly trying to digress that you probably just know you’re talking shiiiiiiiit.

Class isn’t even about money, which is why we see very expensive homes with ‘Live, Laugh, Love’ pictures.

Sometimes it’s just best to hold your hands up and admit you’re wrong bud, plus, thought you were going because we’re all so stupid.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the widely accepted definition of class in the UK now. ONS, the Government, Businesses will define Tarquin as working class if he has few assets and is making minimum wage.

If you think your subjective definition of it counts for anything, then yeah, you're stupid.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Took about three seconds to google that and prove you wrong. Lovely stuff. Feel free to google it yourself.

If I remember correctly, someone thought Fact checker was a bot and wanted them banned

Then Fact Checker wanted someone who insulted him banned

Neither were banned
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Madness I tells ya
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wanted 4za banned because all he does is come on here and derail with insults

Crouchy thinks heated debates is derailing the thread
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When did I say that

Of course it did mate.

Maybe I'm just educated enough to know what the difference between ABC1 and C2DE is. I don't expect someone with a nursing background to have a scooby.

In the UK, social class is defined by a combination of wealth, occupation, education, and social status.

TheFactChecker absolutely fuming that just cos he’s earned a few quid, he’s still lower class.

He had his initials stitched into his dressing gown and everything too

If you ever go to the States and get in conversation with an American, one of the first questions they ask is "What do you do for a living?"

Your answer will define your class as far as they're concerned.

Which is just sad IMO. Defining yourself by your job, career or worth is grim. I'd sooner hear about a persons life outside of work to find something interesting IMHO.

Pretty sure Angela Rayner doesn't get targeted by Aldi in their marketing campaigns.

But I'm sure Robbing can come up with a new demographic classification that turns this on it's head. Would love to be a fly on a wall when he pitches it.

Learning how to wear ones cravat and to know which one is the fish fork comes once one passes the £35k pa level. I'm assuming all you chaps know your cutlery, did the online class class.
