I have little sympathy for businesses feeling aggrieved that the costs of employing people, or providing the public services that feed recruitment, have risen. We've seen wage stagnation since 2008 and the cost of everything has risen. They are quick to pass on the rising costs, due to x,y or z, to the consumer but slow to offer employees a commensurate pay rise or lower prices.
If businesses want an educated and healthy workforce to chose from then sorry, like raw materials, production, distribution etc the price has risen.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The very same ppl who told you thar Brexit would getbrid of cheap labour and force employers to pay higher wages to attract British workers are now telling you paying those workers more is bad for employment.
Meanwhile Brexit has meant almost 5% fewer jobs in thevUK as of 2 years ago. Go figure.

Well Majorie Taylor Greene has gone against the cult leader by trying to get the Epstein files released. She and another Republican representative Thomas Massey, have said they will release the names of everyone listed by the Epstein victims in the House, so that the victims don't have to do it and risk backlash.
This is one of those times, where regardless of what you think of someone; political divides should be put aside and she should be supported by her opponents on this issue.

Nigel Farage claimed last year to have “bought a house” in his constituency but the property is actually owned in the name of his partner, meaning he legally avoided higher-rate stamp duty on the purchase of an additional home – given he already owns other properties
