You play some God awful football these days

Come on,that was a pretty dreadful game of football between two teams that should clearly be doing better in offering football of a higher standard.

Actually, all round, a better performance than many (too many) give credit for.

Spurs always play well against t united – generally the second best away team (behind Chelsea) over the past 50 years that I have been watching them.

Rashford and martial still look like nothing more than impact subs to me – rashford is particularly easy to read and play against.

Solid from bailly, jones and smalling – just need a non-clown behind them for the 3cb idea to work

Excellent, as usual, from Valencia and Young as they were both freed up to do their proper jobs by the 3cb line-up.

Lukaku will also benefit if that cb line up continues to be used

Conversely, as cack as usual from Herrera and Lingard, Jose is lucky to get away with his overuse of these two.

Hopefully mata is being saved for midweek

Three points that probably ensure 3rd place (which was in doubt and under threat from spurs)

United a very strong defensively but attacking wise, very boring.

They are more efficient under Mourinho then lvg but miles away from city

Good performance?

Good result....but boy, for £70 per ticket or £700 for a season card to watch that, must be painful.

I enjoyed it.... not amazing football... but was entertaining and a good battle.. imho

You lot were garbage against city and arsenal at home and jammied a result against spurs so please no lessons in football from Chelsea fans this year

Both teams were not very good, Spurs set up for the draw and United just don't play very good football against the top 4.

I thought United were very poor, but it was a standard result against Spurs at home. Never really troubled Spurs. A lot of huffing and puffing, but not a lot else.

defence was great bar a few silly moments for Jones 1st half

Would like to know how your fans found the game....but you have an incestuous match thread so can't be bothered to look

Wasn't a great game but I did think it was an interesting one.

I do find it strange though that we're criticised for being the 'boring away side' at Anfield whereas today it was us who were supposed to take the initiative.

The Liverpool and Spurs results have been very acceptable. It's the Huddersfield result that is the killer at the moment. I do expect us to play better against sides that aren't as solid as Spurs but in these big games it's the results that matter.

Wasn't a great performance but was a good result.
