I like Felipe Anderson but my wings would be too lopsided. Draxler is who I'd want.
To clarify;
Matuidi + Payet for Carvalho + Draxler
Problem is I already have Callejon at RW. I would prefer a LW in place of Payet, that makes it worth losing Matuidi for Carvalho.

Would rather have Fabregas in my side going forward than Monreal at the back. It's already known that I'm going to struggle to score, so I can't afford to be weakening it more.
I wouldn't mind Belotti though.
Again though, would quite comfortably prefer both of my players in that deal in terms of my formations and I'd imagine I could get better deals using them players really.
