Wasn't a red for Koscielny. Lukaku isn't heading towards goal, wasn't an obvious scoring opportunity and Bellerin is covering.
The Welbeck one was a clear penalty. The others were firmly in the 'soft but I've seen them given' category.

The only thing that saved it from being a red was the distance from goal and the fact Bellerin was tracking back.
