There's a danger being stuck in this stubborn rut of PP's a young player playing proper football through his younger years will soon be ruined and be worthless if forced to forget everything in order to play the Parky way.

The real danger is if the youngsters don't get a chance, a big club will come in buy them for peanuts and they will reap the benefits. It would be much better to follow your formula and should they be as successful as we hope, at least we could demand a decent price.

Phil's got a new hobby collecting players who don't fit into his system. Bit like stamp collecting I never understood just as I'll never understand Parky's strange squad half of which don't fit into his system.
