Southampton hadn't won for months, but playing a side cut adrift, they will have seen the game as immensely winnable. The new manager effect hasn't quite worked for Albion, although Partridge comes across as a nice guy when interviewed on TV. He'll end up back on the telly.
Should we mention that we won (again) today? Just the 11 points clear.
Oh yes, and we have been top of the league since 28th October 2017.
Don't know why but Albion have only won three League games this season. Every other team in the 4 divisions has won at least 5. I think that's Albions problem, they don't win very often. The next worst record was Southampton who had won only 4 until today when they somehow managed to win away.
Yoohoo JH, come out, come out wherever you are. Not so perky now are you?

I hadn't realised they were the worst side throughout the whole football pyramid!
The new manager effect that benefits all the other sides clearly hasn't worked with Alan Partridge (Aha!). The other Alan - Alan Irvine they had managing them was more effective, (although not a comedian).
Pop....was that our bubble?
Of the matches the dinosaur has listed above, they might get a point off Huddersfield and Swansea but there's no way they get anything out of the Burnley game.
Albion fans wondering what their big local derby games will be next season. Albion v Shrewsbury has a nice ring to it
Cheers for the concern, lads.
It’s touching.
I don’t like episode 5 as much as I like the other 4.
Must be different writers or something
gallows humour....I remember it well

I won’t hide, halfy.
I give enough out, I can take it
Bloody Olbion lost me 40 quid yesterday thought they would beat them
I think the sh!t want relegation to avoid the twice yearly thrashing they'll get from us in the premium?
They'll sink like a stone. Another Blackburn, Sunderland, Wigan, Portsmouth...

Didn't Wolves do that?
Twice?
I mean, I dont care. Happy to see the Old Gold and Black back in the top flight. But it does seem an odd choice of banter for a Wolves fan to mention... I'd go back and delete the post if it was mine.
Maybe he’s been a bit rash .......but when your arch rivals are on a low, it feels good to give um a little dig to ribs yes ?
