Nobody is defending a racist. How can you defend a racist if firstly nobody was ever accused of being a racist, he was accused of racial abuse, both the FA and Evra themselves said they don't think he's a racist, how could he be being part black himself, with his grandfather being black? Secondly they don't believe he racially abused him after seeing the evidence from the experts and then the subsequent kangaroo court, containing Fergie's mates, including a friend of the family, finding him guilty based on probability as they found Evra reliable and Suarez unreliable despite the experts saying the opposite?

No its dismissed as being wrong as the experts said it didn't make sense. Evra made the claim up and wasn't able to do a good job of it as his Spanish wasn't good enough.
