Just posted something similar on Lex's thread. It's not over yet, by any means, but that was a BIG three points today
We should kick off from that and LG is only a week away now.
Professional job accomplished in a game we came in to in difficult circumstances

Spot on, mate. A player of his experience should not have given the ref such an easy decision to make
That goal against Rangers would have been a fitting swan song Timmy....shame when fans turn on a good servant but he has been very poor and we all highlighted the need for a RB pre season At least now it is blindingly obvious!!
I love Lustig anaw😭😭 but he is continually caught out both positionally and for pace
I like him he gives his all but he is so far off the pace now.

We'll appeal it so that he misses the game at Mordor.
Who could/should we try and bring in at RB? "
Any ideas?
From Scotland. No one unfortunately. Maybe look at the premiership

If we could get another Tierney that would be ideal.
A young Lustig, Piffle......surely one in the Scandavian or East European market as not sold on Ralston though have to admit he has not had much game time
Just caught KTs goal👍 nice work by Dembele
Long journey home from the game Zach? Bus mental I take it?
7 that was my thoughts, time for scouts to pull a gem out the bag👍

The result was what mattered- that was a massive 3 points given the trip back from Russia.
There are still big areas to improve on- some of the defending from the likes of Simunovic and Lustig was absolutely dire. Simunovic letting the ball bounce and then miskicking it, allowing the attacker to get a shot away close in on goal was just woeful.
Lustig is finished at Celtic, I would give Hendry a run in the team before Simunovic at this moment in time.
Tierney played well, we dominated the ball and the counter attack that led to the 2nd goal was us at our very best. De Vries made a couple of important saves to his credit, Ajer looked decent in the middle and Tam was a positive influence in that first half.
Forrest produced a real moment of quality with that cross for big Moussa and I thought Dembele improved as the second half went on.
Scott Sinclair- I have no words or ideas for what has happened to him this season. We saw a flash of quality in the first half where he made a threatening run and teed up Dembele but outside of that he was like playing a man down. Eduoard when he came on looked the better option linking up with Dembele.
Down to 10 men at 1-0 with another 20 minutes (including added time) this could have been the game that sent our season off the edge of the cliff. As it is I hope we use this result as a confidence builder to kick on and put the league to bed. There is a lot more work to do and an awful lot to improve on but today was a big day for this team.
Better than building Gallows mate.
At this stage of the season I happily accept points in and all manner, just turned over and see the Carabo final is on, save me chatting to Mrs P for a while😂
