Feel for the lad if that's the case...a summer off would be fab for us...but devastating for him if he misses the world cup.
According to the guardian no scan has been made yet
Will wait until a paper with some credibility sends an update.
That article was based on nothing.
The scan hasn't happened yet, confirmed by David Hyntner about 35 mins ago, it's just the Mirror with no quotes. Everyone else saying no scan.
Although the fact they still can't scan him due to swelling doesn't sound too promising...

FFS!
How can they know if the scan hasn't taken place yet?
OP, you numpty
To be honest it's not a great sign that the swelling hasn't gone down sufficiently yet to be scanned, but we're all different so maybe Kane takes a bit longer with this.
To be honest, if we can get by without him at Swansea then we really don't need him back until the Man City game. We never beat Chelsea even if we're 5-0 up with 10 mins to go and they are down to 6 players, and we should be able to beat Stoke regardless. Its just under 5 weeks until the City game, Kanes last ankle injury took 4 weeks to recover so fingers crossed.
I read in one paper that LLorente has the hump because Lamella will be playing as striker with Kane injured . Seriously his not even a forward.

How reliable is that?
Reference?
I am not believing it!

If it’s not been scanned then how can it be diagnosed? There’s no direct correlation between the amount of swelling and the length of injury period.

This
They're just filling column inches by the looks of it.
This is what we've bought Llorente for!
Kane won't be missed. My new hero is Llorente, played in the snow, scored a hat-trick, he's not a fair weather player.

PS: We still have Sonny

Yes it did work V Bournmouth but didn’t work away to United.
Huge blow if he’s out for more than a month
I doubt he'd want to go to Man Utd after tonight.

According to another rag, Harry wanted to play on. Maybe, hopefully it isn't as bad. Still, we have Sonny so not all negative.
