Is Roman a 'good Oligarch' or a 'Bad Oligarch'?
I've always thought he was very savvy if a bit iffy and only bought Chelsea for the international profile it bought him, pretty hard to poison a public figure with no repercussions.
I think Abramovich still puts in around £70m or so each year to keep the club ticking over, so I think there would be a decent impact on the Chelsea finances if assets were frozen.
From here it appears that we're now living within our means,

Living within your means, you've spunked 1/4 of a BILLION on dud transfers this season.

Ask the murder victims who will never be found.

Net spend is about £20m and our net spend over the last 5 years is a minus. We were the only league winners in PL history (ironically under Jose) to win the league with a summer negative net spend
OP
I wouldn't worry to much, the Tories will do absolutely nothing if it means money, however dodgy, will leave Britain. They worship money, and don't care how it comes into the country.
It's all bluster to try to bolster voter support. To save getting completely wiped out at the forthcoming local elections.
Amusing after slagging of the EU for months, she is now rushing over to Europe to try to garner support. Hypocrytical bastuaards.
There's no theat to RA or any other Russian in this counrty. Sandy has hit the nail on the head with this one. With all the fake news garned by this government it would'nt suprise me if the poisoning was sanctioned by the UK government.
Bozo is just larging it.
