Pascal Chimbonda would have been the perfect RB for the way we play now days.
Good article.
I agree with Jenas, he was a really good player he was just with us at a time that we had no real identity or momentum. Good pundit too.
Siggy would have been a much better player under Poch I think, although I'm not sure where he'd fit in, so maybe not.
Pavlyuchenko liked to run about a bit ... He'd probably fit in. 😂
I was really excited when we signed Jenas. He didn't really live up to expectation but he was a better player than he has since been credit for.
Love him as a pundit too and he's so pro Spurs
He wouldn’t have made this list but I reckon a fully fit Darren Anderton would have a field day playing in this team.
I agree with Jenas, think he would have been a good fit. Don't agree with the rest though, even more so when you consider their personalities.
I'd have liked to see what Poch could've done with Kanoute. Similarly Capoue who I think could've done a Dier type job (I know Poch binned him out the club like straight away).
Huddlestone could've been a phenomenal player with Pochettino's fitness training. Would've played the defensive quarterback role brilliantly.
I disagree, I think Huddlestone doesn't have the dynamism to play in DM in a Poch side (you need to be able to cover CM/CB & FB positions throughout the game) I also think Poch wouldn't of liked his attitude.

Agreed, as technically great as he was he was a luxury player because he wasn't defensive enough to be a DM, or mobile enough to be a true CM. He needed to play in between those roles but then the system needed to centre around him, and he wasn't that good.
Would be great against smaller teams.

yeah Huddlestone wouldn't have lasted beyond the first transfer window with Poch in charge
I actually think Palacios may have done a good job under Poch, could have been a Wanyama understudy.

That's why I said under Poch's fitness regime
Couple of stone lighter after a couple of tough pre-seasons and he could've been much more mobile.
I don't think he has the genetics for it mate, unless he gets on the PED hype.
You got him very young, but Kevin Prince Boateng? At his prime I rated him extremely highly
Good call actually. Bit of a plonker, KPB, but very talented.
Gary Doherty. Versatile in that he's sheet in every position. Poch loves a utility man.
