its less of a thing with miller, he was getting on a bit and has had multiple fall outs.
wallace deserves a bit more tho, while mags is right that he might not have got offers as good as the rest, he would have got something far better than the fourth tier of scottish football.

“I'm afraid it's Murty who comes out of this looking bad. He's getting two pros suspended who have pretty much had good careers and have been known as being top professionals throughout.
This is the third manager on the trot Miller has thought he’s above
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Do you think WS would've taken any of Miller's p!sh?
Do you think WS would've ran to the board?
Or Souness? Or Advocaat?
We've had a series of weak managers picked by an inept board and they've all been shown to be as much.
Any of this stuff would've been nipped in the bud and dealt with in house by previous decent managers.
“think you'll find it's the two pros getting the two pros suspended
What the fck has a manager to do if people overstep the mark ??
Unless you think those two 'pros' are bigger than the club and it's expectations of how to behave”
Exactly , some bears are so blinded by their hatred of Murty they would back Lenny ahead of Murty

cant say i agree there rats.
they are getting themselves suspended, look how placid murty is, seems like it would take a lot to get him angry.

Nonsense, you can’t have the loonies running the asylum. Simple as that. Miller needs to know his place

He still ran greetin to the board. WS or Archie Knox would've sorted it out in seconds. In fact it just wouldn't have happened.

Beat me to it.
All this loyalty stuff and 'he gave up his best years' is Codswallop. He got good money playing for a big club. Best he could have hoped for with his limited ability.

It's very unfair
We all do these kind of things and defend those we favour but on this occasion there seems only two guys to blame
How on earth you can blame murty and say he's the one getting them suspended is beyond me

It's not anywhere near nonsense. Murty is weak and has been shown up to be. I still feel sorry for him, being thrown into the lion's den by the board. It should never have got to this stage.

Agree CT, as I said loyalty etc is irrelevant, if they have behaved in a manner deserving of a suspension they should be punished that way.
The only thing I would say is that these behaviours tend to come out when a Manager fails to control them or manage those characteristics. The conduct of the likes of Halliday, Candeias and then these reports just wouldn't have happened under someone like Walter Smith. They didn't even happen under Ally McCoist who as poor a Manager as he was at least had control of the dressing room.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's not a manager. He's a youth coach thrown in by an inept board.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which was my point earlier. Why have a go at Murty? He’s not up to the job, and has been told that by the board as they’ve already said to him that he’s not getting the gig next season. If they had any balls about them, they would have went to the decision makers.

That's true
If you wish to dissect it - these are all symptoms of a bigger issue
But you can't excuse it IF they have overstepped the mark
What's even worse in a way is if you wouldn't do it under Smith or McCoist but would under Murty
That's poor
He couldn't have fecked off like 'Naismith et al'.
Naismith, Davis, etc..,.good players with good offers.
It may be that Wallace decided to stay a rangers out of loyalty. It's also possible that he's just a journeyman defender and non-one else wanted him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
And you know he had no offers
Also he's only played for 2 clubs hardly makes him a journeyman.
