Wenger must have been hurt for him to effectively blame the fans for his departure. Ended on a sour note but it was never gna end nice. Wenger should have left 3/4 years ago and the board should never have given him new contracts. Can't blame the fans.

Have we? What because we lost a semi final on Saturday? You must be forgetting what arsenal and their fans have been up to all season; fan meltdowns, AFTV, half empty stadiums, appalling away record etc. Arsenal fans suddenly found their voice after Wenger's announcement, as if it means they're automatically back in the big time.

Mate at least arsenal fans have been realistic. Spurs fans spend every year laughing at fans of the other 5 teams over every dropped point, every knockout, every transfer and price tag. Yet what silverware do you have to back up all the bravado? Even when arsenal are s*** we win silverware.
